General
We only use pharmacies approved by the FDA and free of any citations or investigations.
You must submit an updated medical clearance form yearly.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is not a good fit for our business model.
We do not prescribe any elective, anti-aging, or weight loss medications to anyone under the age of 18 – no exceptions.
We believe in unplugging and think you should do it too. We will only respond to emergent calls/messages after hours, on weekends or holidays. Kindly, your weight can wait.
We believe in patient autonomy, and our program is largely controlled by the patient with a set of guidelines to follow and access to a chat for questions. If you are not comfortable making decisions based on listening to your body, this may not be the right program for you, and that’s ok!
You are only allowed to order/purchase medication for yourself. We need to medically clear all patients, and only then can they have access to our shop and educational materials.
Shipping
Shipping is directly from the pharmacy for compounded medication and occurs on Monday-Thursday to ensure medications do not sit in hot warehouses or trucks over the weekend.
Pharmacy processing times vary; medications are ‘typically’ processed and shipped in 3-5 days with a two-day shipping time, so on average will arrive in 3-7 days. Please keep an eye out for your package!
Returns/Refunds
Once a medication has been dispensed from the pharmacy, we are unable to refund you for it.
