Pharmacy Skin Care Prescriptions - $39

These are medications that can be sent to the pharmacy for a flat consult fee, and you can use your insurance or the GoodRX app for payment at the pharmacy. Medication costs may vary. There will be 2 refills on each prescription.

Tretinoin cream 20 grams - 0.025%, 0.05%, 0.1%
Helps with acne, fine lines, wrinkles, discoloration

Azelaic Acid 50 grams 15%
Helps with acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation

Hydroquinone 28.35 grams 4%
Helps with hyperpigmentation/melasma

Anti-aging Creams - $99 Each

These are compounded with a collaborating pharmacy and will be directly shipped to your home. Each one will come in a 30 ml container.

Acne Options

Treatments

Option 1:  Consult and Personal Pharmacy - $59

Offering prescriptions sent to your pharmacy of preference for medications like spironolactone oral, doxycycline oral, tretinoin topical, azelaic acid topical, clindamycin/peroxide topical, etc.  We will review the type of acne, areas impacted and pick a medication (or two) based on these factors.  A 3 month prescription will be sent to your pharmacy and we'll check in as needed after that for further management.  Not currently offering Accutane.    

Option 2: No Consult, Personal Pharmacy Prescription - $39

If you already know exactly what skin care prescription you'd like, pick any appointment time to prompt an email to complete your online profile and this will be sent in to the pharmacy for you within 24 hours. 

Option 3: Consult and Compounded Prescription - $149

Also available are compounded medications from a pharmacy that will ship directly to your house.  These are amazing and I can help you decide between them if you have questions!  Prices are $99 each which includes shipping.  Each supply should last between 2-3 months.   


Option 4: Compounded Prescription only - $99   

Know what you want?  Book any appointment time for an email to complete your online profile and the medication will be sent to the pharmacy within 24 hours, it can take 1 week to process and ship.

Fill out the forms and have medication sent directly to your pharmacy! It's as simple as that! Purchase the product, fill out associated forms on the electronic charting system where you will complete consents and questionnaires. All answers will be reviewed within 48 hours and medication will be sent in if approved! Payment is due at the time of the appointment and will be refunded if you are not approved.

The consultation fee of $45 will cover a 90-day prescription, though this often lasts longer. You will receive a kit with lash applicators like the one shown. You are responsible for the medication fees at the pharmacy, and we recommend using insurance as well as apps like GoodRx for the best deals!
