Tirzepatide is a "dual agonist," meaning it mimics two naturally occurring "incretin" hormones in the body:
  • GLP-1 (Glucagon-like peptide-1): Stimulates insulin release after eating, lowers sugar production in the liver, and slows stomach emptying to help you feel full.
  • GIP (Glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide): Also stimulates insulin and is thought to enhance the breakdown of fat and further improve metabolic control.

Pricing: Dosing options are by dose/vial size with every person starting at 0.25 mg once a week or lower if microdosing.   You will need to go in order, there is no jumping to higher doses.  Each dose is 50 units on the syringe.
