This will be a monthly membership at $40 a month and you will directly pay the Centerwell pharmacy the prescription costs as they are listed below.
Everyone will start with the 1.5mg dose unless already on a GLP-1 and then we can discuss conversions.
1.5mg - $149 until April 15th, then $199 per month
4mg - $149 until April 15th, then $199 per month
9mg - $299 per month
25mg - $299 per month
These are to be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and no food or drink for 30 minutes afterwards.
Once the medication has been prescribed you will be able to activate your Centerwell Pharmacy Account
You can complete the necessary forms to be cleared at the link below. You will be contacted by a licensed provide in a max of 48 hours with additional instructions!

A reminder there are no refundss for medications once they have been dispensed.
There is no guarantee that these will result in weight loss as every person responds differently to medications and sometimes you have to have several dose increases in order to find the effective dose.
